David Rose is the author of numerous works of fiction, including Amden Bog, The Scrolls of Sin, and Lovecraft's Iraq. Nonfiction includes No Joy and From Sand and Time, the latter of which won the 2018 Robert A. Gannon Award for its depiction of Marine Corps life. At the time of typing this, Rose’s forthcoming work includes “Shain and Cinnastasia” in Superstition from Redwood Press, as well as the essay titled “McNaughton’s Witches” in S.T. Joshi’s Penumbra journal.
He recently helped forge the Horror Writers Association’s Veterans Committee, where he now serves as co-chair.
He lives in Orlando, Florida.
