The Curse of the Star Wraiths

A Tale of Brotherhood and Perseverance

Enter a world of savagery, heartbreak, and weird fantasy. The Curse of the Star Wraiths is the first entry in Steel and Stormbright, a tale of swords and sorcery inspired by the likes of Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser, Conan the Barbarian, Berserk, and Vinland Saga.

Within the strange land of Zirvonia, the two brothers Serithas and Zolan will have to learn just what it takes to survive, following events which cause their lives to take a turn for the worse. What follows is a tale of tragedy and woe giving way to hope and the power of the human spirit. Is it possible to push through trauma and hardship, and emerge on the other side as a better person? Better yet, how might one change over that span of time?

The world is filled with dangers, from the human to the utterly fantastical. Standing in the way of our two brothers are murderous star wraiths, man-beast hybrids known as Brugmar, and the sinister Ilgrathians, the emissaries of a new paradise on earth. Chief among them all is the goddess Ilgrathié, as well as Her chosen warrior General Caerst, a woman whose reputation and malice knows no bounds.

In turn, Serithas and Zolan must become greater than the sum of their parts. They will have to learn the value of friendship and courage, even in their darkest moments. They will have to become STEEL and STORMBRIGHT.

The Curse of the Star Wraiths comes with illustrations by NeutronBoar and UmbrellaKat, where the drama of each moment is rendered in loving detail. You can find it in hardcover, paperback, and e-book format on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
